If your home is eligible, we'll request a voucher on your behalf from DCMS to help us deliver your gigabit-capable connection.

Approving the voucher request

DCMS will check you are happy to go ahead with the voucher request via email. You must respond within 28 days or the request will be cancelled.

Once the voucher request is approved, we'll get to work on delivering your new connection.

We will let you know as soon as Virgin Media is available, and you can sign up for our services.

Once your services are purchased and installed, DCMS will contact you to confirm your service is working, and you must respond within 28 days or your funding voucher will be cancelled.

Please note, once you've completed the form we'll check if your home meets the following criteria to be eligible for a Gigabit Broadband Voucher.

  • Your existing broadband speeds are less than 100Mbps
  • The new service must deliver at least double your current broadband speed or be faster than 100Mbps (whichever is lower)
  • The contract for new service that you enter with Virgin Media must be for a minimum of 12 months
